contents: Bookbinding of gold-tooled marbled calf. Both covers are tooled with two frames composed of various rolls, including one with birds in tendrils. The maker of the binding is not known, but his work is no less than second to that of the famous Amsterdam master-bookbinder Albert Magnus.
